主要承担理工科本科生大学物理和大学物理实验教学工作。
研究兴趣
本人一直从事高温高压合成层状材料及性能研究工作,在高质量、大尺度层状磷基晶体材料的生长制备、物性研究与器件性能测试方面具有长期的丰富经验,例如利用高压高温技术,合成出大块单晶黑磷(BP),并进一步研究黑磷在电子学与能量储能领域的应用。已接收/发表SCI论文40多篇,其中第一作者论文5篇,包括Adv. Mater.(IF=19.791),ACS Appl. Mater. Interfaces.(IF=7.5);J. Mater Chem. A. (IF=9.931)等。合作文章:Adv. Mater.(IF=19.791), Adv. Funct. Mater. (IF=12.12),Chem. Mater.(IF=9.46), Adv. Opt. Mater.(IF=6.87)等高水平论文。研究兴趣包含:
Ø 新型层状材料的可控生长制备;
Ø 低维功能材料在电子器件和能源器件的应用;
Ø 低维层状材料在超高压环境下物性研究。
